Testing the Market

We have witnessed the launch of market consultations concerning five projects of the Municipality of Krakow in the scope of the sports and recreation infrastructure selected initially to be performed in the mode  of public-private partnership or concession. The consultation on the commission of the Sports Infrastructure Management Board of Krakow is conducted by the Public-Private Partnership Institute.

PPP as an opportunity for development of the regional investments

On 30th May in the conference room of the Aviation Museum in Krakow the "Looking to the Future - public-private partnership as a perspective of regional development due to the use of EU funds" conference was held during which the hopes and fears associated with the form of public tasks implementation with the participation of private investors, that is getting increasingly more popular, were discussed. As an example of "good practice" of use of the EU funds in the development and promotion of PPP projects a project of the Municipality of Krakow "PPP new perspectives", implemented by the Board of Sports Infrastructure in Krakow was presented.

PPP4Krakow.net portal at the PPP and Investment Fair in Płock

On 9-10 May 2012 representatives of the Sports Infrastructure Management Board of Krakow visited hospitable Płock for the 1st Public-Private Partnership and Investment Fairs. The event, which took place in sports and entertainment Orlen Arena, was organized by the City of Płock. The fairs were accompanied by a two-day conference “Public-Private Partnership – a chance to develop regions. National conditions and experience based on European practices”.
